Fleet Insurance and New
Authority Coverage.

Whether you’re adding your tenth truck or filing for your first authority, we’ll line up the right coverage from day one and keep it in step as you grow. Fleet reporting options, filings handled for you, and one agent who knows your operation.

Built for Fleets That
Keep Growing.

More trucks means more drivers, more equipment and more ways for coverage to fall behind. We keep your policy up to date with your fleet, so every unit is covered the day it hits the road.

Flexible Reporting Policies for Growing Fleets

For qualifying fleet operations, certain insurance programs may offer a reporting policy structure. Rather than permanently scheduling every unit at the start of the policy term, the insured may periodically report the vehicles or exposures that were actually in operation during the reporting period.

Subject to carrier eligibility, underwriting requirements, reporting terms, and policy conditions. Final wording must match the applicable carrier’s policy terms.

Starting Your Own Authority?
Let's Get You Rolling.

New carriers need insurance and a filing on record before FMCSA authority can go active. We help you line up each step in the right order.

Most for-hire carriers hauling general freight across state lines need at least $750,000 in liability coverage. Many brokers and shippers ask for $1 million, so we look at both.
